The deceased was born in Germany, December 26, 1855, coming to America with his parents in 1856, the family settling at Waukesha where the6y resided until 1861, when they moved to Brillion. Since that time Mr. Tesch has made his home here.
He was united in marriage to Miss Augusta Jodar in the town of Brillion, in 1879, the young couple settling on a farm north of Brillion.
He is survived by his wife, one son, Herman Tesch, Brillion; two daughters, Mrs. Clara Otto, Brillion and Mrs. William Schultz, Potter, four children having preceded him in death. There are also ten grandchildren, one brother, Frank Tesch, Chilton and one sister, Mrs. Lee Evans, Marinette.
Funeral services will be held Friday at the Trinity Lutheran church with the Rev. Martin Sauer conducting the last rites. Interment will be in the Bluff cemetery, north of Brillion.
