Kirbach

Former Greenfield resident Vincent J. Kirbach, 86, of Day Village, Ohio, died at 2:54 a.m. Monday, Sept. 12, 2005, at Lakewood Hospital in Ohio.

He was born Nov. 7, 1918, in Greenfield, the son of Bernard and Mabel (Fitzgerald) Kirbach. He married Elaine Houser, and she survives.

Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Linda S. (husband Donald) Wagner of Los Gatos, Calif.; three grandchildren, Ben, Greta and Grant; two brothers, Bernard (wife Jane) Kirbach of Bradenton, Fla., and Albert (wife Diana) Kirbach of Kettering, Ohio; and a sister, Bernadine (husband Conrad) Snyders of Batchtown.

Preceding him in death were two brothers, Maurice Kirbach and Robert Kirbach; and a sister, Theresa Cole.

Mr. Kirbach was a structural engineer for the H.K. Ferguson Company in Cleveland, Ohio.

Visitation was Wednesday at Zeis-McGreevey Funeral Home in Lakewood, Ohio. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. today, Thursday, at St. Raphael Church, 525 Dover Center Road, Day Village, Ohio. Interment will be at 2 p.m. at Cedar Creek Cemetery in Butler Township, Ind.
