She was employed by Legal Aide Services Capital Area as a law clerk. Visiting at Gilbert Funeral Home, 12 p.m. until religious services at 1 p.m. Monday, conducted by the Rev. Donald Ray Turner Sr. Burial in Stockade Cemetery . Survived by mother and father, Dorsey and Luvenia Wilson Hawkins; a sister, Deborah Ann Hawkins Wright; three brothers, Alton Wilson, Lawrence Ray Hawkins and Randy Lee Hawkins; five aunts; two uncles; numerous other relatives; and friends. Preceded in death by maternal grandparents. She was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Faternity and a member of Greater Pleasant Green Missionary.
