Several children are known; Minor H. abt. 1843, Maryettie C. "Mary" 1848, married William Delany Mathews on the 5th of September, 1867 in Richland Co., Ruth Alena Dean, 1850, married Job S. Olin on the 25th of March, 1880 in Mansfield, Samantha Farewell Dean, 1852, married David K. McFarland on the 9th of February, 1882 in Richland County, James M. Dean, 1855, of Ellis Kansas, and Charles C. Dean, 1858, married Ella M. Ferguson on the 28th of July, 1881, in Richland County, Ohio, they moved out to Kansas, keeping in close contact with the brother, James. TJD2013
