‘Herbert M. Hucke
Woodland - Funeral services for Herbert Martin Hucke, 71, a retired electrical engineer and a native of Woodland, will be at 2 pm tomorrow in the Kraft Brother's Chapel. Hucke died yesterday in a convalescent hospital. He had lived in Woodland the last five years and had attended schools in Woodland. He was a retired 30 year employee of the Lockheed Corp. Hucke was a graduate of Woodland High School, Oakland Polytechnical School of Engineering and Northwestern University. Surviving are a son, Eric of Minnesota; a brother, Raymond of Silverton, Ore., and a sister, June Hugaboom of Elk Grove.'
His death was entirely due to Alzheimers. It started around l970 and he died in 1975 if my memory is correct. It was not diagnosed until l972.
