Former area resident Helen M (Kuska) Willey, 89, of Lincoln died Tuesday, July 23, 2002 at Madonna Rehabilitation Center in Lincoln.
There will be no services or visitation. The remains were cremated. Burial will be at Exeter Cemetery at a later date.

Mrs Willey was born Nov 21, 1912 to Frank and Mary (Svec) Kuska in Ohiowa. She graduated from Exeter High School. On Feb 23 1939, she married Harvey Willey and they moved from Hebron to Hastings in 1942. She worked a Dutton Lainson and taught at school districts 72 and 21. She was a packer-inspector at Weyerhauser retiring in 1974. Her husband died May 2, 2001.
Survivors are one daughter, Judy Groetzinger of Lincoln; one son Gary of Lincoln; one sister Marie Kime of Rushville; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
