Brothers, Pineville.

Visitation: Will be at Hixson Brothers, Pineville Friday, October 16, 2009 from 5:00-9:00
p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.

Services for Thomas Tommy O Leary, Jr. will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 17,
2009, in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers, Pineville with Reverend Darryl J. Hoychick
officiating. Burial will be at Hickory Grove Cemetery, Holloway, under the direction of Hixson
Brothers, Pineville.
Visitation will be Friday, October 16, 2009, at Hixson Brothers, Pineville, from 5:00-9:00
p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.

Mr. O'Leary, Jr., 53, of Deville, passed away October 10, 2009. Tommy never met a stranger, loved helping others and had a passion for flying. He was a devoted husband and father. He loved life and always had a smile on his face. He was a member of EAA Chapter 614, Young Eagles Program and was a mentor for the Louisiana National Guard Youth Challenge Program. Mr. O'Leary was the owner of Frostys Snowcones.

He worked at Holsum Bakery for over 30 years, and received the 2 million miles safe driving award. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas O Leary, Sr. and Edith Chauffpied O'Leary and brother-in-law, Don Trichell.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 33 years, Vickie VanDevelde O'Leary of Deville; two daughters, Debbie O'Leary Willett and husband Josh of McKinney, Texas and Lisa O Leary Ratcliff and husband C. J. of Deville; three grandchildren, Logan Ratcliff, Paige
Ratcliff and Jaden Willett; five sisters, Cathy Hess and husband, Herb of Niceville, Florida, Mary Trichell of Tallulah, Susie O'Leary of Scottsdale, Arizona, Pati Putney and husband,Tim of Upton, California and Cooksey Smith and husband, Jeff of Elk River, Wisconsin.
Pallbearers will be C.J. Ratcliff, Josh Willett, William Ellington, Ben Jastram, Byron (Frog)Schulingkamp, Herb Hess, Manny Becker and David Cohran. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry VanDevelde, Terry Woodruff, Bill Richardson, Todd Neesum, Scott James and Ron Elliot.

In lieu of flowers an account has been set up at Chase Bank under the name of Lisa O'Leary Ratcliff for any donations to the family.
