Ephriam F. Peckinpaugh, 81, well known Delaware County farmer, died at his home, one mile north of Oakville, at 10 o'clock last night following an extended illness. He had lived on the farm where he died for 45 years, coming to that farm from another three miles south of Oakville.

Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Minnie Peckinpaugh; three sons, Clarence, Harl and Leonard, all residing on Muncie rural routes; five daughters, Mrs. J.C. Rutherford, Oakville, Mrs. Jesse Swain, Springport, Mrs. Branch Fleming, Muncie, Mrs. I.D. Mayer, Lafayette, and Miss Gladys Peckinpaugh, Goshen; one brother, Aaron, of Springport; and one sister, Mrs. Florence McShirley of Sulphur Springs; 14 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at the home at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon, in charge of M.L. Meeks and Sons. The Rev. J.R. Klingensmith will officiate, and burial will be in the Miller Cemetery near Middletown.
