She had been a Hutchinson resident since 1964 moving from Pretty Prairie, a 1943 graduate of Ingalls High School, a member of First Mennonite Church in Hutchinson, and had been a clerk for Pretty Prairie Lumber Company, the Medical Center and then the SRS office, both of Hutchinson, retiring in 1990.
Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2011, at Pretty Prairie Mennonite Church Cemetery. Her casket will remain closed. Her register book will be available 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at Elliott Mortuary and Crematory, Hutchinson.
Memorial gifts may be made to the First Mennonite Church, Hutchinson, Hospice and Homecare of Reno County or Good Samaritan Fund at Wesley Towers, in care of the mortuary.
