He was married to Augustina (GLOMB) KLEIN.

They were married March 6, 1916 in Gonzales County, Texas.

He was a carpenter.

Pete Klein Service Set For Sunday

Last rites will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. from the Seydler Funeral Home for Pete A Klein, who died at 8:44 p.m. Thursday at the Crews hospital.
He was a resident of Westhoff.
The Rev. Melvin Belen of the Westhoff Lutheran church, will conduct the services with burial to take place in the Ruppert cemetery.
Mr. Klein, the son of Peter Klein, Sr., and Catherine Barta Klein, natives of Czechoslovakia, was born in Shiner on March 12, 1893.
A member of the Lutheran church, he was married on Sept. 21, 1932, to Clara M. Wiechring.
Survivors include three sons, Steve of Albuquerque, N.M.; Alfred of Craig, Colo.; and Clarence Klein of Gonzales; two step sons, Wilbert H. Denker of Gonzales; and Seigfried E. Denker of Guymon, Okla., and two brothers, Anton of Seguin; and Jim Klein of Gonzales. Also surviving is his wife.
