Cindy Sue Holt, 44, of West Road 525S died at 10:06 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, 2004, at Caverna Memorial Hospital in Horse Cave, Ky.
She formerly attended Bethel Holiness Church and enjoyed cooking, swimming and singing.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Barkes, Inlow & Weaver Funeral Home on Washington Street with the Rev. Robert Thompson officiating. Calling will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday and from noon until service time Monday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
Mrs. Holt was born June 7, 1960, in Columbus. She married Robert Holt July 4, 1981, in Columbus.
Survivors include her husband; her father, Robert E. Burgess of Horse Cave; a daughter, Cristina Marie Holt of Columbus; grandchildren, Cinthia and Christian Taulbee; sisters, Lydia Grosser and Kimberly Hood, both of California, and Mitzi Quinn of Columbus; and a brother, Bobby Burgess of Germany.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Bill and Mary Luther.

Burial was at Garland Brook Cemetery. Pallbearers were Robert Holt Sr., Robert, Harold and Larry Holt, Chris Taulbee and Nick Armitage.
