He is survived by his wife, Kelli Hall. He was the father of Jacob Hall; son of Terry-Ann Murphy and husband Charles Skinner and F. Mark Hall and wife Anne Hall; grandson of Dorothy B. Hall and the late Frank M. Hall and the late Murial Murphy; brother of Jennifer Bergdoll and husband Zak Bergdoll, Christine Boling and husband Bill Boling; step-brother of Niki Collier and husband Brad Collier and Elizabeth Stout; also survived by friend Jennifer Mayer.
Family will receive friends at Witzke Funeral Homes, Inc., 5555 Twin Knolls Rd., Columbia, MD 21045 on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM, where services will be held on Thursday at 10 AM.
