J HENRY ALTHOFF DEAD
Funeral services for J Henry of Effingham were conducted at 9 a.m. in St Anthony Church in Effingham with burial in St Anthony Cemetery.
Mr Althoff, a lifelong resident of Effingham, died Saturday at 11 am in St Anthony emergency hospital where he had been a patient for a short time.
He is survived by the following children: William of Lillyville, George of Decatur, Mrs. Wlliam Dust, Charles, Mrs. Matt Meinhart, Mrs. George Haarman, Joseph, Frank, Mrs. Ferd Dasenbrock, Henry, Mrs. Ralph Doedtman and Paul all of Effingham.
The rosary was recited Sunday at 8 pm. at the Bauer Funeral home where the body remained until time for services.
Pallbearers were Walter, Dean, Junior and Lester Althoff, George Haarman and Ralph Dust
