Mrs. Cecilia C. Glaser, 85, died at her home, 1220 S. Madison St., at 9:40 p.m. Wednesday after a lingering illness. She was the widow of Michael Glaser, a pioneer Muncie builder. A native of Franklin County, Mrs. Glaser came to Muncie in 1892 with her family.

Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Lawrence Catholic Church by the Right Reverend Msgr. Felix Seroczynski. Burial will be at Beech Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the Meeks Mortuary after Friday noon.

Surviving Mrs. Glaser are three sons, Albert J., Arthur W., and Elmer J. Glaser, all of Muncie; a daughter, Mrs. Laura Adams, of Muncie; two granddaughters, Mrs. Ruth Bryant of Muncie, and Capt. Mary D. Adams of the Army Nurse Corps, Ft. Belvoir, Va.; a great-grandson, J. Michael Bryan, and a sister, Mrs. Emma Robison of Ludlow, Ky.

Mrs. Glaser was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church, the Altar and Rosary Societies and War Mothers.
