He was born on May 15, 1924, in the town of Farmington, the son of the late John M. and Wilhelmina (nee Muckerheide) Thull and on June 28, 1969, he was united in marriage to Ann Bichanich at St. Michael's Catholic Church in St. Michaels.
Leo farmed, worked construction and later was employed by Badger Packaging Company in Kewaskum, retiring in 1990.
Leo was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in St. Michaels, the St. Michael's Aid Society and Knights of Columbus Father Casper Rehrl Council 1964 West Bend.
Those Leo leaves behind to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 41 years, Ann; four daughters, Petra (Rick) Wightman of Fond du Lac, Leona Meyer of Kewaskum, Laurice Thull of West Bend and Anastasia Thull of Kewaskum; a granddaughter, Nicole Meyer, other relatives, friends and his beloved granddogs, Maxxum, Minnie and Savanna.
In addition to his parents, Leo was preceded in death by a brother, John Thull and four sisters, Agnes (Herb) Wollner, Cecilia Thull, Rose Thull and Marie (Garfield) Durocher.
A Mass of Christian burial for Leo will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 13, 2011, at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Kewaskum. The Rev. Edwin Kornath will officiate. Burial will be at 11:15 a.m. on Monday in Holy Trinity Catholic Church Cemetery in Kewaskum.
