BRUSH — Funeral services for Ernest B. Repp will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, 1987 at Gale-Heer Mortuary in Brush with Pastor Arnold Obermeier officiating.

Interment will follow at the Brush Memorial Cemetery.

Repp, 80, died suddenly Tuesday, Aug 4, 1987 in Raton, N.M., while returning to his home in Arizona from a school reunion and visiting friends from the Roosevelt School.

He was born Nov. 5, 1906 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

He graduated from Roosevelt School in 1926, and married Elsie Friederichs on Dec. 19, 1927.

He farmed near Merino until his retirement in 1958. He moved to Green Valley, Ariz. in 1981 due to health reasons.

He was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Risen Savior of Green Valley, and was active in the AARP, Men's Club of Green Valley, and Prospectors Club of Denver. He was a former school board member for the Roosevelt School District.

He is survived by his wife; three sons, Ed Repp of Carlsbad, Calif., Dennis Repp of Laguna Beach, Calif. and Roger Repp of Cary, N.C.; two daughters, Mildred Emerson of Castle Rock and Shirley Travis of Akron; two sisters, Edna March of Fort Collins, and Elma Wind of Brush; 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
