Dover - Blanche Cahall of Dover died Sunday, Dec. 13, 1998, in Westminster Health Center, Dover. She was 102.
Mrs. Cahall was born Sept. 4,1896, in Goldsboro, Md., the daughter of the late James and Lyda Shively. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Cahall was member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Dover, and the Circle clubs within the church. She loved to sew and make clothing for her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed cooking and knitting afghans, and had made an afghan for each of her family members. In additin to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wiloiam Arthur Cahall, a daughter, Doris Johnson and a grandson, Gregg Johnson. She is survived by a son Kenneth Cahall of Dover, three grandchildren, Victoria Norris, Janet Miller and Donald Johnson, 3 great-grandchldren and two great-great grandchildren. Graveside service will be held in Greensboro Cemetery, Greensboro, Md. at the convenience of the family. Instead of blowers, the family sugguest memorial contributios be made to Wesley United Methodist Church, 209 S State St. Dover, DE 19901. Arrangments by Torbert Funeral CVhapel, Dover.
