Rikki Kay (Carsten) Nieto, 57, was the daughter of the late William Carsten and Martha (Allen) Carsten.
She graduated from Poly Technic High School in Long Beach, CA. and later moved to Santa Maria, CA and was employed with Target for 26 years.
Rikki enjoyed camping, traveling, gardening and loved football. "Go Cowboys"! She also loved baking cookies with her grandchildren and spending time with friends and loved ones while listening to live music.
Mrs. Nieto is survived by her daughters, Michelle, Renee and Nicole and sons, Paul and Desi James; son-in-law Anthony Noska and 14 grandchildren including the light of her life Joseph Ybarra.
Rikki was preceded in death by her son, Matthew Nieto and parents William and Martha Carsten.
