Irene Clara Wilson, 76, of Sheridan died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2004, in Westview Health Care Center. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Name Catholic Church with the Rev. Ron Stolcis officiating. Arrangements are with Kane Funeral Home. Mrs. Wilson was born April 27, 1928, in Sheridan to Charles and Catherine (Eckerman) Jacobs. She married James T. Wilson on Dec. 26, 1962, in Sheridan. She worked in the Holy Name cafeteria and for Buckingham Transport and Boyd's Supermarket and was bookkeeper for Gamble Robinson's and co-owner of Sheridan Home Delivery. She enjoyed tole painting, crossword puzzles, the Big Horn Mountains and horse racing. She was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. Survivors include her husband of Sheridan; four sons, Steve Overgaard of Sarasota, Fla., Alan of Chattanooga, Tenn., and David and Thomas, both of Sheridan; a daughter, Kathryn Harrison of Sheridan; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Married James T. Wilson on Dec. 26, 1962, in Sheridan. Husband, James T. Wilson, not a member, will also be cremated and scattered in the mountains according to cemetery records.
