Mrs. Katherine Henkel, wife of Harry Henkel, residing in the south east part of this city, passed away last Friday morning December 24, from an attack of heart touble. The deceased was born in Russia and was aged slightly over 50 years and is survivde (sic) by her husband and several children, all of the latter being residents of this immediate neighborhood. The funeral was held on last Sunday afternoon from the German-Lutheran church, Rev. Ludwig officiating and interment being made in Fairview cemetery.
