"HERBERT B. BUCKEL, 76, of Bittinger, died in Memorial Hospital. Born in Bittinger, he was a son of the late Oliver C. BUCKEL and Ruth M. (SHOUP) BUCKEL. He was a member of the Mt. Lake Independent Baptist church and the WOW, Camp 68, Bittinger. He was a retired farmer.
Surviving: His widow, Lenora (WILEY) BUCKEL; one son; two daughters; two brothers, Ralph BUCKEL, Bittinger, and Kenneth BUCKEL, Grantsville; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral arrangements handled by the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville. Services were conducted at the Funeral home with Rev. John SCHRIMPSHIRE, officiating. Interment was in the Bittinger cemetery."
