Christopher Don "Chris" Lillard, age 40, passed away peacefully in his Austin TX home on July 22, 2011. He was born in Shawnee OK on June 2, 1971, to Chris J. Lillard and Donna Romberg. He graduated from Shawnee High School with further studies at the University of Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (2 years and a summer in Physical & Biological Sciences with pre-med tract) and 1-1/2 years of Medical School; Oklahoma Baptist University B.A. Psychology, minor in Business Administration; and Texas Christian University General Studies, History, Economics.

Chris was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Orlena "Cricket" Romberg; paternal grandfather Rufus C. Lillard; paternal grandmother Mary Jo Moore and husband Bob Moore; maternal great-grandparents Clayton "Happy" Eads and Lena Pearl Barnes Eads, and Fred and Florence Romberg; and an infant cousin Justin "Happy" Eads.

Chris is survived by his father Chris and Patty Lillard of Shawnee; stepbrother Matt Haney of Norman OK; stepsister Lauren and husband Sean Moore and their children Addison and Hudson of Naperville IL; mother Donna Romberg of Oklahoma City; maternal grandfather Donald Edward Romberg; uncles and aunts Donnie and Kathy Romberg of Shawnee, Edward Romberg of Carlsbad NM, Wes and Carolyn Romberg of Shawnee, and David and Lori Romberg of Shawnee; cousins Shawn and P.J. Romberg, Derek and Amy Romberg, all of Oklahoma City, Angie and Ryan Franklin and Wes Romberg, Jr., all of Shawnee, Will and Tiffney Romberg of Houston TX and Danielle Romberg of Dallas TX; great-aunts and -uncles Clayton, Jr., and Judy Eads of Shawnee and their families, Melanie Eads of Oklahoma City and Melissa and Brian Mahaffey of Shawnee, Gene and Toni Eads of Corpus Christi TX and their families, Shonna Slatten of Norman and Patti Jones of Oklahoma City.
