COURIER-JOURNAL OBITUARY, 08/10/2011 - BLACK, MORRIS C., 82, passed away Sunday evening at his home, with his loving family beside him. He was born February 28, 1929 to the late Clarence and Lorene Hall Black. He was a retired Draftsman, and a member of St. Martin's Catholic Church community. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Regina Meffert Black; his two sons, Bruce (Linda), and Morris R. (Tina) Black; his two sisters, Wanda Schmidt, and Lois Ciresi; his six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. A service to celebrate the life of Morris will be 10 a.m. Saturday in the chapel at Evergreen Cemetery, with burial to follow there. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Friday, at Arch L. Heady Russman & Sons, 1201 E. Oak St. Expressions are requested to Hosparus of Louisville.
