Charles Thomas Zehner, 44, of Brockton, died at his home Sunday morning. Ill
several years he was last employed at the Alcoa Plant, Cressona.
Son of Mrs. Emma Beltz Zehner, of Lehighton, R. D. 2, and the late Thomas
Zehner, he was a member of the Lutheran Wing of St. Peter's Church, Mantzville;
of the Masons, Lehighton: Lodge No. 621 F. & A. M.; the Eagles and the Brockton
Fire Company.
Surviving are his wife, the former Vera Barthel; one daughter, Catherine, at
home; his mother, Mrs. Emma Beltz Zehner, Lehighton, R. D. 2; two sisters, Mrs.
W. M. Ebert and Mrs. Howard Fritz, both of Lehighton, R. D. 2.
Funeral will be Thursday afternoon from the Edward H. Hill Funeral Home, New
Mahoning, with interment in St. Peter's Church Cemetery, Mantzville.
