Abrams Willie, passed away at home surrounded by family on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at the age of 77. Willie was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was preceded in death by his wife Joyce A. Abrams, grandson Adam Gregory Shields, parents Howard and Eva Abrams, his twin brother Johnny Abrams and his brother Wesley Abrams and his sister Bernice Loman. Willie is survived by his children; Cheryl Nash, Karen Shields, Michael (Mary Ann) Abrams, Rebecca (Michael) Meyer and Randall Abrams, brother Roy Abrams, sisters Marie Moore and Geneva Tackett, grandchildren William Nash, Michael Shields, Kari Shields, Elizabeth Abrams, Thomas Abrams, Michael Abrams, Samuel Grimes, Luke Abrams, Andrew Shields and Ella Marie Meyer and great-grandson Ethan Nash. He will be deeply missed by many loving nieces and nephews and a special thanks you to Tom Riggle for his care and friendship to Willie. Visitation will be held 10am – 12pm Saturday, May 15, 2010 at the Ivey Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Rd. Fairfield Twp. Funeral services will follow at 12 noon Saturday at the funeral home, concluding with burial in Rose Hill Burial Park. www.ivey-rosehill.com
