Richard Stephen Wilcox 1953 ~ 2011 Richard Stephen Wilcox amazing husband and father. Richard was born May 11, 1953 to Herbert and Connie Wilcox he was called home to his heavenly father on July 24th 2011 after a courageous fight with heart disease. Richard was a kind loving husband and father who made everyone around him laugh. Despite his circumstances he always had high spirits and a smile on his face. He was an avid reader as a child and his passion for it carried on with him into adulthood, as did his love of music. Richard was a wonderful family man and considered his wife and children the center of his life. Richard is survived by; his wife Connie Jean Wilcox, children Jennifer and Angela Wilcox, mother Connie Wilcox, mother and father-in-law Harold and Helen Morley, brothers Thomas, James, sister Susie (Darrin), and brother-in-law Rick Morley as well as several loved nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Herbert, his brother David, sister Nancy, and nephew Chad. Richard loved the Lord and had a testimony of the gospel. Funeral services for Richard will be held at noon on Saturday 30th at the 11th Ward on 7825 West Sharon Drive, Magna, there will be a viewing one hour prior to the services.
