Rites Held For Laurel Pioneer Resident
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Presbyterian church in Laurel for Adolph Urwiler, pioneer resident of the Laurel community who died Sunday of last week. Rev. James E. Harris conducted the services. Burial was made In the Laurel cemetery.
Mr. Urwiler, who was 84 years of age at the time of his death, was born in Switzerland March 29, 1855. He came to America at the age of 16 where he has since been engaged in farming.
