He was born April 13, in Watauga County, to the late Cleve and Nora Greene Osborne.
Mr. Osborne was a heavy equipment operator and attended Rock View Church in Triplett.
Survivors include four daughters, four grandsons, two granddaughters, a son-in-law, three special care givers Carol, Matt and Heather, three brothers, two sisters, a half-sister, six great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Biner Carlton Osborne, one brother, six sisters, two half-brothers and a son-in-law, Don Warner.
Services were conducted Tuesday morning, November 30 at 11 a.m. at Hampton Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Reverends Delmar James and Homer Murdock. Burial will follow in Trinity Baptist Church Cemetery in Deep Gap.
