Charles is the husband of Ines Rubert Ragan who is interred next to him and the son of Lawrence and Molly Arbuckle Ragan. Charley Ragan is the father of a living son, living daughter and Thomas F. Ragan. Charley lived in central Indiana his entire life where he grew to manhood in Tipton County Indiana. Charley was a member of the West Morris Street Masonic lodge in Indianapolis. Chuck worked as a farmer, plumber and many other jobs before retiring from Bridgeport Brass & Company. He is remembered an genial, fun loving relative and friend with an great smile.
