Steven Lee Stifter, age 31, died Thursday, May 11, 1995 as the result of an Automobile accident in Dodge county. He was born in Omaha, NE on May 31, 1963 and was the son of LeRoy and Ida (Valdez) Stifter. He married Tina Marie Drunasky on June 7, 1987 in Madison. Survivors include his wife, Tina; a son, Lee; his parents of Salida, CO; two brothers, Danny (Ann) of Sun Prairie and Larry of Salida, CO; a sister-in-law, Christine Stifter of Janesville; two nieces, Heather and Josephine; and two nephews, Cody and Joshua. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Juan Valdez; and a niece, Cheyenne Drunasky-Langner. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 16, 1995 at Sacred Hearts of Jesus & Mary Catholic Church, 227 Columbus St. with Father Felix Oehrlein officiating. Burial will be in Sun Prairie Memory Garden Cemetery. A Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, May 15, 1995 at the Tuschen-Newcomer Funeral Home, 3021 Columbus St. in Sun Prairie where a Prayer service will be held at 8:00 p.m. He will be loved and missed very much.
