Auguste Gosse Plymouth Post June 10, 1916

Mrs. Auguste Gosse (nee Ziemann) wife of the late Herman Gosse passed away at her home in Elkhart Lake on Monday after a lengthy illness. She was born October 12, 1845 in Uckermark, Germany and lived to be 71 years. She came to America and this area as a young girl. On October 4, 1864 she was married to Mr. Gosse and they celebrated their golden wedding anniversary two years ago. She is survived by the following children; Mrs. W. F. Sieker of Town Herman; Mrs. Franz and Mrs. Charles Richter of Town Rhine; Mrs. Wilke of Town Plymouth; Mrs. Boedecker of Clark County; Mrs. Carl Franzmeier and Theodore of Town Rhine and Martin of Sheboygan ; also one sister, Mrs. Adolph Heyer who lives near the Mission House. The funeral is from the home of the deceased in Thursday afternoon in Town Herman with Pastor Vriesen officiating.
