The body of the late Georg Demmler, who died at Camp Grant, will arrive this morning. The funeral services will be held at the residence at 425 Jefferson Street Tuesday afternoon at 3:30. Rev. A. F. Augustine of the German Lutheran Church will officiate. Interment will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery.
Son of Otto R. Demmler. Age 24. Soldier. Single.
Camp Grant was hit hard by the flu epidemic and he died due to pneumonia. He was a pvt 161 depbrig; U.S., and is listed in Wisconsin's Gold Star book.
He was a chemist with a promising future and also a skier and belonged to the ski club at the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
