ROCK SPRINGS - A Mass of Christian Burial for Brian Michael Hruska, 20, will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 11, 2006 at the Saints Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church with Fr. Carl Beavers officiating. Following the services, cremation will take place at the Vase White Mountain Crematory.

Friends may call at the church, one hour prior to services.

He died Sept. 5, 2006.

He was born on June 5, 1986 in Rock Springs, the son of Michael James and June Jennings Hruska.

He attended school in Rock Springs and was a 2004 graduate of Rock Springs High School.

His interests included snowboarding, wake boarding, playing basketball, hunting and fishing. He enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his dog, Milo. Family projects and vacations were another of Brian's loves.

Survivors include his parents of Rock Springs, Wyoming; one sister, Rebecca Hruska and her boyfriend, Dale Riley, both of Rock Springs; three aunts, Debbie Hruska of San Francisco, Maureen Hitt and husband, Pete and Dawn Lund and husband, Terry, all of Rock Springs; uncle Paul Hruska of Phoenix, Ariz.; paternal grandparents, Michael and Judy Hruska of Boulder; maternal grandparents, Penny Harvey of Rock Springs, Pat and Carolyn Jennings of Superior; maternal great-grandmothers, Eleanor Jennings of Austin, Minn., and Judie Howe of Rock Springs and three cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfathers, Keith Howe and Raymond Jennings and his paternal great-grandparents, Jim and Angela McLeod and Mike and Marjorie Hruska.

The family requests memorials in his name be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wyoming, P.O. Box 273, Casper, Wyoming, 82602, or Primary Children's Medical Center, 100 North Medical Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84113.
