"EUGENIE T. (AGNES) RADKE
Mrs. Eugenie T. (Agnes) Radke, 75, of Rt. 2, Russell, died Sunday at the Hoisington Hospital after a long illness. She was born Oct. 28, 1906, in Russell Co.. A homemaker, she was a lifetime Milberger-Russell resident. She married Herman Radke Nov. 22, 1929 at Milberger. He died Sept. 29, 1974.
She was a member of the United Emmanuel Lutheran Church and the ALCW, both in Milberger, and of the Hoisington Hospital Auxiliary. She is survived by a son, Harlan Radke of Milberger; a daughter, Mrs. Leland (Angie) Deutsch of Hoisington; five brothers, Paul Dumler of Lyons, and Ben Dumler, Solomon Dumler, Alvin Dumler, and Victor L. Dumler, all of Russell; a sister, Mrs. Alex (Bertha) Krug of Russell; and six grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the United Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Milberger, Pastor Robert S. Kreier officiating. Burial will be in the Milberger Cemetery.
Memorials in Mrs. Radke's name have been established with the United Emanuel Lutheran Church Carpet Fund and with the Hoisington Hospital Auxiliary Scholarship Fund.
Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home Hoisington, is in charge of arrangements. Friends may call there from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 a.m. Wednesday until the time of services at the church in Milberger."

Milberger - Mrs. Eugenie T. "Agnes" Radke, 75, died Sunday, Nov. 22 at the Hoisington Hospital after a long illness. Born Eugenie Dumler Oct. 28, 1906, in Russell Co., she was a lifetime resident of the Milberger and Russell communities. She married Herman Radke, Nov. 22, 1929 in Milberger. He died Sept. 29, 1974. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Radke was a member of the United Emmanuel Lutheran Church and ALCW, both of Milberger and Hoisington Hospital Auxiliary.
Survivors include one son, Harlan Radke of Milberger; one daughter, Mrs. Leland (Angie) Deutsch of Hoisington; five brothers, Paul Dumler of Lyons and Ben, Solomon, Alvin and Victor L. Dumler all of Russell; one sister, Mrs. Alex (Bertha) Krug of Russell; and six grandchildren.
The funeral was at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church with the Rev. Robert S. Kreier officiating. Burial was in the Milberger Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to the Hoisington Hospital Auxiliary Scholarship Fund or the church carpet fund."

Daughter of George Dumler and Emma (Wegele) was born Oct. 28, 1906 in Russell Co., KS.
She was baptized on Dec. 12, 1906 in the Lutheran faith and confirmed on April 9, 1922.
On Nov. 22, 1929, Agnes was united in marriage to Herman Radke. This marriage was blessed with one son and one daughter.
Agnes is survived by one son Harlan of Milberger, one daughter, Mrs. Leland (Angeline) Deutsch of Hoisington. Five brother; Paul of Lyons, Ks.; Ben, Solomon, Alvin and Victor L., all of rural Russell, Ks., one sister Mrs. Alex (Bertha) Krug of Russell. Six grandchildren; Steven, Kent, and Kathryn Deutsch; Marsha, Martin and Marlana Radke.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Herman, on Sept. 29, 1974, her parents, one brother and one half brother.
Devoted to her family, helpful to her neighbors, faithful to her Church, considerate and honest. She gained respect and esteem of all who knew her."
