Alliance, Nov. 15 (1947)--Full military services will be held Monday afternoon for Eugene Hann, aged 24, whose body arrived here today from overseas. The body is the first of the war dead to arrive in the area.
Hann, first class seaman, was killed aboard the battleship U.S.S. Oklahoma at Pearl Harbor, Dec. 7, 1941.
Born in Cleveland, he moved to Alliance following the death of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John/Jennie Hann, and made his home with his aunt, Mrs. Doris Holibaugh Thellmen. He also leaves a brother, Lieutenant Richard A. in Adak.
