RAUSHENBERGER FUNERAL SERVICE TO BE WEDNESDAY

Martin M. Raushenberger, 84, 947 Lucas street, died at 4:35 a.m. today at a Muscatine nursing home. Death was attributed to complications after an extended illness.

The son of William H. and Martha Stitt Raushenberger, he was born Dec. 16, 1873, at Morning Sun. He was a life resident of Muscatine area.

He married Sadie Stitt in 1899 at Davenport. He was a member of the Grandview Community church.

Surviving are four sons, Charles, Richard and mart Raushenberger, all of Muscatine, and Jack Raushenberger, Bettendorf; two daughters, Mrs. Ernest Jeuer, Bettendorf, and Mrs. Wayne Miller, Eliza, Ill,; 20 grandchildren; and 24 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Ralph J. Wittich funeral home with the Rev. J. Arthur Eveland, pastor, of the First evangelical United Brethren church, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
