CASCADE, Iowa -- Alberta F. McBride, 74, formerly of Cascade, died at 11:45 am Monday, June 22, 1987, at Ennoble Manor Care Center, Dubuque.
Services will be at 10:30 am Thursday at St. Mary's Church, Cascade, with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call after 2 pm Wednesday at the Reiff Funeral Home, Cascade, where the wake service will be said at 7:30 pm.
She was born July 10, 1912, at New Vienna, and attended St. Joseph's High School, Farley. She was an organist at St. Boniface Church in New Vienna for many years and was a member of St. Mary's Church and its Parish Society.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Theresa Dolan, and a brother, Louis Fangmann, both of Cascade.
An Alberta F. McBride Memorial Fund has been established.
