Wife of Retired Publisher Dies After Year's Illness
Elizabeth Trotter Lippincott died Sunday at her home at 2104 Walnut street after a year's illness. She was the wife of Walter Lippincott, a retired publisher.
Mrs. Lippincott was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sigmund Horstmann, and came of one of the city's oldest families. She was a member of the Colonial Dames and the Acorn Club and prior to her illness had figured prominently in the city's most exclusive functions.
The funeral services will be held at the home at 2.30 o'clock this afternoon. Rev. Dr. Floyd W. Tomkins, rector of Holy Trinity Church, will read the Episcopal service.
Interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery,"
