Mrs. Anna Barbara Kissner, age 74, wife of John D Kissner, died at her home in Nellie Friday night at 7:30 o'clock from heart trouble following an attack of the flu.
Anna Barbara Fischer was born in Kuttikosen, Solothurn co. Switzerland, July 29, 1854. She came to Ohio in 1870 and married John D Kissner July 17, 1875.
Mrs. Kissner was a member of the Evangelical Church at Nellie. The husband and the following children survive: Elmer of Warsaw, Earl D of Berwind WV, Mrs. A P Dickey of Mentor O.,
John E of Memphis Tenn, Mrs. Carl Myers of Warsaw, and Everett of Coshocton. One son, Charles preceded his mother in death in 1910. A foster sister, Mrs. Mary Weber of near Nellie, together with fourteen grandchildren survive.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 o'clock at the Nellie Church, Rev. Rice officiating. Burial will be made in Darling Run cemetery.
