Paula Frances Arnold, 68, of Siler City, NC ended her earthly journey on Tuesday, August 23 after a nine month struggle with brain cancer. Paula was born in Minnesota but lived in College Park, GA before moving to North Carolina in her early twenties. Paula was a graduate of Southern GA College for Women. She taught tenth grade biology for a short time before working as a social worker in the HP/Greensboro area. She held a position in nursing administration at High Point Hospital and worked for McKesson Technologies.
Paula is survived by Yvonne Stegenga, of the home, her mother; Frances Arnold and brother; Kenneth Arnold and wife Judy of Fayetteville, GA. Also surviving are nephews; Rodney Burnette and wife Dawn, Kevin Burnette and wife Tara, Jeff Arnold, Keith Arnold and niece; Denise Cashman, all of GA. She was preceded in death by her father, Harris Arnold and her sister, Carol Burnette
