Mr. Hinsberger died Friday, Jan. 22, 1999, at Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island. He was born Dec. 24, 1918, in Rock Island. He married Marcella Flaherty Conley Jan. 7, 1984, in Davenport.
He retired from the former Charles Raymond Construction, Rock Island, as a truck driver.
He was a WW II Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife; sons, William, Milan, Frank, Texas, and Ben, Missour; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and sister, Alberta Engels, Rock Island.
