Funeral services for Micki Hespe, age 55 of Norfolk, will be held Friday November 4, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church in Norfolk. Reverend Edgar Schambach will officiate with burial in the Prospect Hill Cemetery in Norfolk.
Micki died Thursday, October 27, 2011 at University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.
Micki S. Hespe, daughter of John H. and Corinne (Parish) Hespe, was born January 1, 1956 in Norfolk, NE. She grew up in Norfolk; a place she called home her entire life. Micki graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor's degree in business in 1978. She worked as a bookkeeper for the Norfolk Country Club for many years.
Micki was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church of Norfolk and a lifetime member of the VFW Auxiliary. She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Fair Play Golf Course, NWAGA, and the Norfolk Country Club.
Micki is survived by several cousins, as well as many friends who were very dear to her.
Micki was preceded in death by her parents, John H. and Corinne (Parish) Hespe, and brother, Steven Hespe.
