Mrs. Linus Wilberding
Funeral services for Mrs. Linus Wilberding, 63, of 911 Lincoln St., who died at 12:50 pm Friday at St. Francis hospital of carcinoma, will be at 9:30 am tomorrow at St. Mary's Catholic Church with the Rev. D.R. Bruggeman, assistant pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet cemetery.
Mary Johanna Bortscheller was born on Feb. 10, 1910, the daughter of Frank and Groetken Bortscheller at Oyens. She was married to Linus Wilberding on April 10, 1937, at Oyens. They came to Waterloo in 1942. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Rosary Society.
Surviving are her husband, three daughters, Mrs. J.S. Mooers of San Diego, and Annette and Susan, both at home; two sons, James of 1006 W. 5th St., Robert at home; four grandchildren; five brothers, Joe, John and Mike Bortscheller of LeMars, Ed of RemsenClaude of Granville; three sisters, Sylvia and Melitta Bortschelelr, both of LeMars, and Mrs. Marcella Klieman of Rochester, Minn. She was preceded in death by her parents and by one brother.
Rosary services will be at 7:30 pm today by the parish and Rosary society at the Oppold funeral home.
