She was preceded in death by her husband, James Martin Kingston, in 1998; two sisters, Mary Jane Seyler and Bettiann Rafferty; and two brothers, Robert and Raymond Rafferty.
Survivors include three daughters, Colleen Steenberge and her husband, Michael, of Columbia, Md., Maureen Williams and her husband, James, of Carmel, Ind., and Kimberly Crawford and her husband, Kevin, of Dumfries, Va.; 10 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
