Lisa Marie Rouse Baker Millo passed away Thursday, October 14, 2010, after a courageous four-year battle with cancer.
Lisa was born January 28, 1963, in Galveston to Donald and Evelyn Rouse. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend and will be remembered for her care and generosity to all. Her greatest joy was her two daughters. Lisa was a talented seafood chef and like her mother, was noted for her beautiful cakes. She often enjoyed hosting the whole neighborhood for dinner.
Lisa was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Evelyn. She is survived by her husband, David, daughters, Samantha Millo and Summer Wilson (husband, Carson); sisters, Linda Cartwright, Cindy Haithcoat and Cathy Kane; brothers, Danny and Donnie Rouse.
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.
