Mrs. Tom Farran
Mrs. Tom Farran, 53, a former Parsons resident and daughter of Mrs. W.W. Day, 702 Lincoln, died Sunday at the home of her daughter in Whittier, Calif.
She has been seriously ill since about Thanksgiving, when she spent a time in the hospital.
The former Phylane Day, she was born at Springfield, Mo in October 1910 and moved to Parsons with her parents in 1926.
She is survived by her husband of their home in Whittier ; a daughter Daylene Cowger; three sons, Bill, Tom and Joe , all of Whittier; two sisters; Mrs Dorothea Eckhoff of Lake Placid, Fla; Mrs Pauline Montgomery, Enid, Okla.; and two brothers, Arden Day, Coffeyville and Taylor Day, Parsons and nine grandchildren.
Her funeral and burial will be at Whittier.
