Robert M. Mraz, 82, of Delavan Lake, died November 16, 2011, at Lakeland Health Care Center, Elkhorn, WI, after a long illness. Robert was born on January 26, 1929, in Chicago, IL, the son of Hugo and Helen (Prochascha) Mraz. Robert was in the Reserve U.S. Navy program and then entered the U. S. Marine Corps for the Korean War from 1952 to 1954. Robert Married Lois Pinnow on June 24, 1950, at the First Baptist Church in Delavan. Robert was, for over 50 years, a member of the Delavan Twsp. Fire and Rescue Squad. Robert worked at Sta-Rite Pump as a machine operator from 1947 to 1992, belonging to their 25-year Club. Robert Loved hunting and fishing, and was a master TINKERER; he could fix anything, or at least try. Robert is survived by his wife, Lois of Delavan; one son, Mickey (Julie) Mraz of Delavan Lake; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was predeceased by a daughter, Bonna (Buzz); one brother, Joseph; and two sisters, Adelaide and Lorraine. Funeral services Nov. 19,2011 at the BETZER FUNERAL HOME.
