Marie Reineking Korte 97, of Calvert City Kentucky, formerly of Massac County passed away Wednesday, November, 23, 2011 at the Calvert City Convalescent Center.
Funeral Services will be 2:30 Sunday, November 27, 2011 at St. John's Church on Waldo Church Road with Rev. Tom Emmerson officiating. Burial will follow at the Church Cemetery.
Marie Reineking Korte was confirmed and a lifelong member of St. John's Church. She was retired from Internal Medicine of Paducah as an LPN.
She is survived by one son Donald of Metropolis and one daughter Marcella of Calvert City, Kentucky; five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Emma Kipp her husband Earnest Korte, an infant daughter Lou Ann, one brother and one sister.
Visitation will be from 1:00P.M. until 2:30P.M. Sunday at St. John's Church on Waldo Church Road in Massac County.
