Chester Addison, 84 years, 6 months, 2 days, died November 12, 2001, at Tracy Hospital in Tracy, Minnesota.

Services are 12:30 p.m. today (Thursday, November 15th) at English Lutheran Church in Walnut Grove with burial in Walnut Grove Cemetery.

He is survived by:
…his wife, Ilamay, of Walnut Grove;
…sister-in-law, Mae Radtke, of Tracy;
…brother-in-law, Llewellyn and wife Doris Kosel of Sanborn;
…sister-in-law, Helen-Jeanne and husband Don Anderson of Spencer, Iowa;
…several grandchildren;
…great-grandchildren, and;
…great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by:
…his parents, Erwin and Lucille (Wiggins) Addison;
…his uncle, L.O. Addison; and
…his daughter, Renee Louise.

He was born on May 10, 1917, to Ervin and Lucy (Wiggins) Addison in northern Hero Township near Walnut Grove. He attended school in districts 19 and 116. He farmed with his father until he married Ilamay Radtke on September 18, 1940. They farmed until his retirement in 1984. He worked at the Walnut Grove Sale Pavilion. He was a member of English Lutheran Church Board and served on the North Hero School Board.
