91 , of Houston, TX formerly of Mayfield died Monday, November 28, 2011 at the Seven Acres Nursing Home in Houston. He was a retired personnel psychologist with United Airlines.
Mr. Winker is survived by 2 sons Steven Carl Winker of Skokie, IL and Charles David Winker of Brenham, TX; 2 step-sons Steve Jones and Tony Jones both of Mayfield; a daughter Margaret Winker Cook of Winnetka, IL; a step-daughter Janie Wynn of Mayfield; a brother John Winker of Decatur, IL; 2 sisters Eleanor Griffin of Clinton, IL and Lois Miller of San Jose, CA and 2 grandsons.
Graveside services for Mr. Winker will be 1:00PM Saturday, December 3, 2011 at the Mayfield Memory Gardens with Rev. Rick Hatley officiating. Visitation will be after 11:00AM until the funeral hour at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield.
